• Razorpay is an online payment gateway which allows the Indian businesses to collect payments online through credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI and popular wallets including JioMoney, Mobikwik, PayUmoney, Airtel Money, FreeCharge, Ola Money and PayZapp.

  • You can configure the 'Razorpay payment gateway' here and define the help content about this payment gateway for easy understanding during the checkout.

  • The store location can be mapped against each 'Razorpay' payment gateway configuration so that the respective store id can be passed to Razorpay system against each transaction. This is to ensure that the merchant can generate relevant reports based on the store id and sub-merchant ids

How do I integrate the 'Razorpay payment gateway' with my web store?


To integrate the Razorpay payment gateway with your web store, do the following:

  • Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.

  • Click the  Checkout Options icon. The Dashboard & Setup section will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Click Checkout Options and select Online Checkout Options. You will be navigated to the Checkout Options > Online Checkout Options page.

  • You can view the checkout options that are not integrated with your store in the Available Checkout Options section and can also see the integrated checkout options of your store at the Selected Checkout Options section.
  • Click the rz1.jpg icon in the 'Available Checkout Options' section and you will be navigated to the Checkout Options > Razorpay Payment Gateway Configuration page.

Razorpay Account Information:

  • To give a name to this payment gateway, enter a suitable name (Ex: 'Razorpay' PG) in the Gateway Title text box.
    • Note: The same name will be displayed in the payment gateway help content section when a user clicks the respective payment gateway tab during the checkout.
  • Enter your API key for the 'Razorpay' in the Key text box.
  • Enter your secret key for the 'Razorpay' in the Secret Key text box.
  • Select a location to which the payment gateway is applicable from the Location drop-down.
  • To configure the currencies to be processed while using the payment gateway, select the relevant checkboxes of the Currencies Processed section.
    • Note: Consult the respective payment gateway service provider for multi-currency configuration.
  • When the user selects the 'Razorpay payment gateway' and clicks the 'Pay Now' button, a payment popup will be displayed with the payment options as mentioned in the following screenshot.


 Checkout Options

  • Select the default payment option for the payment popup from the Select default Payment Method section. The available options are as follows:
    • Credit Card: The credit card payment option will be displayed on the Razorpay payment page.
    • Net Banking: The net banking payment option will be displayed on the Razorpay payment page.
    • UPI: Unified Payment Infrastructure, is launched by the National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI). The UPI payment option will be displayed on the Razorpay payment page.
    • Default: All the above-mentioned payment options will be displayed on the Razorpay payment page.
  • Enable Amount Auto Refund: To enable the auto-refund option while processing the refunds, select the Enable Amount Auto Refund checkbox.
    • Note: If the 'Enable Amount Auto Refund' is selected,
      • i) the Auto Refunds tab will be displayed in the Returns > Refunds page. Please refer: Auto Refunds in Refunds
      • ii) the Auto Refund checkbox will be displayed in the Order Returns page. Please refer: Processing the Refund: in RTO Logistic Returns or Customer Return
        • i) the Auto Refunds tab will be displayed in the Returns > Refunds page. Please refer: Auto Refunds in Refunds
        • ii) the Auto Refund checkbox will be displayed in the Order Returns page. Please refer: Processing the Refund: in RTO Logistic Returns or Customer Return
  • Enter the name of the payment option to be displayed on the payment popup in the Display Name text box.
  • Enter the path of your logo image on the payment popup in the Your Logo text box.
  • Enter the hexadecimal code of the theme color on the payment popup in the Theme Color text box.
  • Enter the name of the tab for the Razorpay payment gateway in the Tab Name text box. The same name will be displayed in the Step-4 of single page checkout page against the Razorpay.

Help Content to be displayed on the payment page of the Storefront:

  • The help content to be displayed on the payment page of the storefront describes the Razorpay Payment Gateway while doing checkout through the Online Payment option for easy understanding of the end-user.
  • To customize the default help content about this payment gateway, click the click here link.
  • This will open the Payment Options dialogue box containing a Word editor, where you can edit the content to be displayed on the payment page.


 Checkout Options

  • This is a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor and whatever the style of text you enter here, the same style will be displayed at your storefront while checkout through the Online Payment. You can also insert the HTML content, links, and images here.
  • To save this 'user content,' click Submit.
  • To save the configuration, click Save. You will be displayed a success message.

  • By default, all products are associated with this 'payment gateway'. If you want to edit the product association now, you can do so by clicking the  Checkout Options icon of the payment option under the Action column. Or you can do it as and when required.

  • To change the product association, click the Edit link of the Razorpay PG. You will be navigated to the Checkout Options > Razorpay Payment Gateway Configuration page.

  • Click the  Checkout Options icon of the payment option and click SKU Association. You will be displayed the following section.

  • Click Manage Products. You will be displayed a Select Product(s) for Mapping dialog box.

  • Search the products through multiple searching options such as the Title/Category/Brand/Product Tag/Seller/Availability in eXchange/Location/Product Status/Price Range and through SKU. This will list out the products as per search criteria.
    or
    Select the required products that are displayed as per the default search criteria.
  • Select the checkboxes of the required product(s) for mapping the 'Payment Gateway' and click Add. The selected products will be associated with the payment gateway and you will be displayed a success message. You can also find the count of associated products under the SKU Association column.

  • To view the associated products, click the  Checkout Options icon of the payment option, and click SKU Association.

  • You can add more products or delete unwanted products. To delete some products, select the respective checkboxes of the products and click Delete.
  • Similarly, add all the required products. The added product(s) will be associated with this 'Payment Gateway' now.

1. You can also integrate the Razorpay payment gateway through the Checkout Options > Online Checkout Options tab of the Settings module.

2. This payment gateway is available for all the products of your store, but to apply this payment gateway to any product (i.e. to make it visible at your storefront while checkout through Online Payment), you need to select the 'Credit Card' checkbox in the Payment Information section of the Add/Edit Product Page of that product.

3. Deleting the Payment Gateway:

To delete this payment gateway, click the Edit link of the payment gateway in the Checkout Options > Online Checkout Options page, and click all the  Checkout Options icons of the configured payment options.

Note: You can only delete this 'payment gateway,' when at least one payment gateway' that provides the 'Credit Card' checkout is left in your store if the 'Credit Card' checkout is associated to any single product.

If it is the last PG that provides the 'Credit Card' checkout, first dissociate the 'Credit Card' checkout from all the products of your store and then delete this PG.

You can use the Bulk Product Download and Bulk Product Upload features for easily finding the Credit Card checkout association and removing the same.

4. To edit any required payment option, click the Edit link of the payment gateway in the Checkout Options > Online Checkout Options page, click the  Checkout Options icon of that payment option to be edited and modify as required.
