How do I delete the existing shipping modes from my web store?
To delete the existing shipping modes from your web store, do the following:
- Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.
- You will be navigated to the 'Dashboard' page.
- Click the
icon. The Dashboard & Setup section will be displayed as shown in the figure.
- Click Shipping Profile. You will be navigated to the Manage Shipping Codes page.
- To find out the existing shipping modes of your own store, click 'Add New Shipping Code' in the Available Shipping Modes section. You will be navigated to the Add/Edit Shipping Codes page.
- Note: If you have already configured some 'Shipping Codes', you can also reach Add/Edit Shipping Codes page by clicking 'Edit' '
' icon of any 'Shipping Code' under Actions Section in Manage Shipping Codes page.
- By default, the first shipping mode (i.e. 'Quantium123' in this example) of the 'Select Mode' drop-down will be selected and displayed above the 'Select Mode' drop-down.
- Note: If you have reached to this page by clicking 'Edit' icon of a shipping code, the shipping mode(s) associated with the respective 'Shipping Code' will be displayed above the 'Select Mode' drop-down.
- To delete the shipping mode which is above the 'Select Mode' drop-down, click the
icon of that shipping mode.
- Note: If there is only one shipping mode above the 'Select Mode' drop-down, you cannot delete that shipping mode.
- In this example, as there a single shipping mode above the 'Select Mode' drop-down and as you are trying the same shipping mode, the following dialog box will be displayed.
- Click OK button of the dialog box. The dialog box will be closed.
- Now, you need to add another shipping mode from the 'Select Mode' drop-down and delete the previous shipping mode.
- Click the '
' icon of the Select Mode drop-down. You can find the shipping modes that are configured at your store for integrated logistics providers such as - Aramex, Blue Dart, Blue Dart API, AFL wiz, and DTDC etc here.

- Click the shipping mode that you want to add above the 'Select Mode' drop-down. The respective shipping mode will be moved above the 'Select Mode' drop-down.
- Now, you can delete previous shipping mode. Click the '
' icon of that shipping mode. You will be asked for confirmation through a dialog box.
- Click OK button of the dialog box. The dialog box will be closed and the respective shipping mode will be deleted and listed below the 'Select Mode' drop-down. This means the association of that shipping mode with mapped 'Shipping Code' and 'Zone' only deleted. But, the shipping mode is not deleted from your store.
- Note: To delete a shipping mode completely from your store, click the '
' icon of that shipping mode when it is available under the 'Select Mode' drop-down.
- To delete a shipping mode permanently from your store, click the
' icon of the Select Mode drop-down. You will find the available shipping modes.
- Click the
icon of that shipping mode. You will be asked for confirmation through a dialog box. Click OK.
- The respective shipping mode will be deleted and you will be displayed a relevant Success message.
