• With the current flow, in order to get the order feedback from the customers, a merchant has to send email to the user, which has fewer chances of the user giving the feedback. Without having proper feedback from the users, a merchant might not understand the pros and cons of the business.

  • The 'Order Feedback Form' helps you in displaying a feedback form to the customer when the customer is logged in after the order is delivered.

  • After configuration, this form will be displayed when the user logs in after an order is delivered. User needs to 'Submit' or 'Skip' the feedback form, otherwise, the feedback form will be repeatedly displayed until these actions are performed. The user cannot complete checkout without submitting or skipping the form.

  • This form will be displayed in the 'Home Page' or in the 'Step -2 of Single Page Checkout' (if automatically closed after defined seconds). You can configure to close the form after the desired time period (i.e. in seconds), but in this case the form will come again when there is any action on the screen, or on page refresh, or in the 'Step - 2' of 'Single Page Checkout' or in next login.

How do I display an order feedback form in the storefront to get the feedback on the recently delivered order?

  • Note: An order feedback form is a predefined popup which will be displayed after the below-mentioned configuration.
  • To display order feedback form to your customer to get feedback on the latest delivered order, do the following:


Creating Notifications:

  • Log in to the 'MartJack Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.

  • Click the  Instore Notifications icon. The Marketing section will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Select InStore Notifications. You will be navigated to the Manage Instore Notifications page as shown in the figure.

  • You can find the previously created notifications (if any) under Notifications section. To create a new notification, click Create Notification button. You will be navigated to Add/Edit Instore Notification page.

  • Enter the title of the notification popup in the Title text box.
  • To display the title, select Yes radio button.
  • Select the type of the notification popup from the Type drop-down.
    • Note: There are two options here.
      • i) Center: The feedback form popup will be displayed in the center of the mapped page.
      • ii) Tray: If the 'tray option' is selected, you need to define the position of the tray.
  • Select the status of the notification popup through the Active or Inactive radio buttons.
    • Note: Only active notification popups will be displayed in the storefront.
  • Enter the width of the notification popup in pixels in the Width (in Px) text box.
    • Note: You can overwrite this width with the width of the Popup Content Page if you are creating a separate page (i.e. 'Popup Content Page') for this popup through 'Drag & Drop Controls'.
  • Enter the height of the notification popup in pixels in the Height (in Px) text box.
    • Note: You can overwrite this height with the height of Popup Content Page if you are creating a separate page (i.e. 'Popup Content Page') for this popup through 'Drag & Drop Controls'.
  • Display notification for latest order feedback:
    • To display the feedback form popup, select this checkbox.
  • If the type of the popup is Tray, you can find a Position drop-down. Select a suitable position for the popup. The available options are:
    • Bottom Left
    • Bottom Right
    • Middle Left
    • Middle Right
    • Top Left
    • Top Right
  • Select suitable display options for the notification popup from Display Options. The available options are:
    • Close After: This option allows to define the time for closing this popup automatically. So, to close the feedback form popup automatically after required time, select Close After, and enter the number of seconds after which the feedback form popup should be closed in the respective text box.
    • Keep it Open: This option allows to keep the feedback form popup in open position till the user submits or skips.
    • You can display a customized message after the user submits the form. For example, 'Thanks you for your feedback'. Enter your customized message in the respective text box.
  • To save the configuration and stay on the same page, click Save and Continue. You will be displayed a relevant success message on the same page.

  • To save the configuration and exit the page, click Save and exit. You will be navigated to the Manage Instore Notifications page displaying the configured notification under the Notifications section.

  • You can edit or delete the notification through  Instore Notifications or  Instore Notifications icons of the respective notification.
    • Note: After the user submits the form, i.e. after the user rates the order feedback form and clicks Submit, the popup

disappears. The following information will be stored in our db, which can be requested by the merchant:

  • Feedback provided (Y)
  • Rating is given (1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5)
  • Feedback comments (if given)
  • The Order Feedback Form will be looking like the following screenshot in the storefront:
