How do I create an Ad-hoc/custom form?
Procedure:
To create the Ad-hoc/custom form and upload it in the repository, do the following:
- Log in to the 'MartJack Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.
- You will be navigated to the 'Dashboard' page.
- Click the
icon. The Design & Content section will be displayed as shown in the figure.
- Click Ad-hoc Forms. You will be navigated to the Ad-hoc Forms page.
- You can find out the available Ad-hoc forms (if any previously created) in the List of Forms in the web repository section.
- To create a new form, click Add New Form. This will open an Add New Ad-hoc Form page.
- Enter the form code in the Form Code text box.
- Note: This form code will appear in the Select Form drop-down (if 'Form Type' is selected as 'Normal') of the Edit Form Control section while configuring the 'Form Control' Drag & Drop control.
- Enter the success message to be displayed to the end-user on completing of this Ad-hoc form, in the Success Message text box.
- Enter the email address of the primary recipient from your side to whom a message to be sent on completion of this form by end-user in the To text box.
- Enter the email address of the secondary recipient from your side to whom a message to be sent on completion of this form by end-user in the CC text box.
- Enter the email address to whom a blank carbon copy of the form to be sent on completion of this form by end-user in the BCC text box.
- Note: Use a comma to separate multiple email address
- Enter the XML code for creating Custom Fields in the XML text box of Form Template section and click Save. If the merchant has XML knowledge, then there is no limitation for the art of creating Custom Fields.
- You will be displayed a relevant success message and the newly created 'Ad-hoc Form' will be displayed under the List of Forms in the web repository section.
- The Ad-hoc form will be now saved in the repository as shown in the figure.
