• You can reach the Manage Stock - Location wise page after clicking the Next button in the previous step (i.e. in Imagesor you can also reach by clicking the Locations tab at the top right corner of the page as shown in the figure.


 Add/Edit Physical Products

  • Note:
    • If the 'Location Based Inventory' checkbox in the 'Basic Information' page is selected, the inventory of this product against the user selected location will be considered while placing the orders. Else, the cumulative inventory of all locations will be considered while placing orders.

    • You can update stock location by wise for the selected product or its variant products only if the Enable the 'Stock module' to maintain stock levels automatically checkbox in the Application Settings Store Settings page is not selected.
    • When the Enable the 'Stock module' to maintain stock levels automatically checkbox in the Application Settings Store Settings page is selected, you need to modify the stock only through the stock module.
      • Please Refer: Products > Stock Management module.
  • Verify all the 'stock locations' of your store are mentioned in the Location Name column of the Locationwise Stock section.
  • Verify the SKUs of the 'Product Variants' (if any) are mentioned in the Location Name column of the Locationwise Stock section.
  • Enter the location wise stock of the 'Product' or 'Variant SKU' in the Inventory column.
    • Note: The inventory specified in the 'Inventory' text box of the 'Basic Information' page will be updated against the inventory of 'Default Location' and vice versa. (Default location is not having the 'Delete' button in 'Delete' column.)
  • To remove all the changes done to the location wise inventory (if required), click Cancel Changes'
  • To remove the inventory of a Stock Location (if required), click Delete
  • To save the location wise inventory, click Save Changes. You will be displayed a relevant success message.
  • To return to the Product List page (if required), click the Return to Product List button.
  • To return to the Add New Product page (if required), click Add New Product.
