Introduction:

  • Shoper9 is a Tally’s revolutionary enterprise retail software suite used for managing all your retail operations in a store or distributor location through POS terminals. The application supports Purchase, Stock, and Sales & Bar coding.

  • Shoper9 App allows you to integrate your Product data of your online store (i.e. of MartJack Control Panel) with your Shoper 9 POS terminal(s). Using this App, you can update product data such as Prices and Inventory of your online store through your Shoper 9 POS terminal(s).


Features:

  • Auto-Sync of Product Stock:
  • Auto-updates the stock levels of your online store at scheduled intervals according to the transactions made on Shoper 9 POS terminal.
  • Auto-Sync of Product Price:
  • Auto-updates the product prices of your online store at scheduled intervals according to the modifications done in Shoper 9 POS terminal.
  • Manual Sync:
  • Besides auto-updates, you can also do manual synchronization of data (prices & inventory) at any desired point of time.
  • Auto-Sync Orders:
  • Auto-updates the orders to Shoper9 according to the orders created in MartJack Control Panel. (Kept for future enhancement)


Brief procedure:

  • Install ‘Shoper9’ App in your MartJack Control Panel

  • Download ‘MartJackShoper9App1.0.zip’ file from the MartJack Control Panel through this App, and paste & extract the zip file in a system which is well connected with your Shoper 9 database

  • Run ‘MartJackShoper9App.exe’ in ‘C’ or ‘D’ drive. (Note: It does not supports running from ‘Desktop’)

  • Complete Shoper9 integration Setup

  • Now you are ready to schedule the automated or manual syncs for Stock Update or Price Update from your Shoper 9 POS terminal to your online store.

  • To integrate Shoper9 App, do the following:
  • Log in to 'MartJack Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • Click Apps module and select App Store tab. You will be routed to Install Apps page.

  • Navigate to ‘Shoper9’ App and click ‘Add to Store’.

  • Once your request is accepted by MartJack Admin, then you can find the ‘Shoper9 Integration’ tab under ‘Apps’ module and the ‘Shoper9’ App will be installed successfully.

  • Now click ‘Read More’ button of ‘Shoper9’ App. You will be displayed the details as shown in figure.

  • Now you need to download and run the MartJackShoper9App application. To download the application click ‘Download File’ link. Then ‘Opening MartJackShoper9App’ dialog box will be displayed as shown in Figure.

  • Click ‘OK’. Then ‘MartjackShoper9App1.0.zip’ file will be downloaded.
  • You need to paste & extract this file in a system which is well connected with your Shoper 9 database in ‘C’ or ‘D’ drive and run ‘MartjackShoper9App.exe’.
    • Note: Do not try to run the file ‘MartjackShoper9App.exe’ in Desktop. If you do so, you will be displayed the following message.

  • After extracting file in ‘C’ or ‘D’ drive, double click on ‘MartjackShoper9App.exe’ file. You will be displayed ‘Martjack-Shoper9 integrator’ dialog box as shown in Figure.

  • Click ‘Setup’. You will be displayed the following ‘MartJack – Shoper 9 Integrator’ dialog box.

  • If your system is well connected with Shoper 9 database, then the respective ‘Shoper 9 database Details’ will be automatically fetched from Shoper 9 database as shown in above figure.
  • You can edit these details through ‘Edit’ option.
  • You can verify the details by clicking ‘Verify’ button. You can find the result at the bottom of the ‘MartJack – Shoper 9 Integrator’ dialog box.
  • You need to save these details by clicking ‘Save’ button.
  • Now you need to enter the MartJack API Details. To view these details, navigate to your MartJack Control Panel and click Shoper 9 Integration tab from Apps module. You will be displayed the following page.

  • Copy the Merchant ID, Public Key and Secret Key from this page and paste in the respective fields of ‘MartJack – Shoper 9 Integrator’ dialog box under MartJack API Details section.
  • Then click ‘Test Connection’ button. If all details are connect, it will display a suitable success message at the bottom of the ‘MartJack – Shoper 9 Integrator’ dialog box.
  • Click ‘Save’ button. Then you will be displayed ‘Schedule & Sync’ button beside ‘Setup’ button as shown in Figure.

  • To schedule the automated or manual syncs for Stock Update or Price Update from your Shoper 9 POS terminal to your online store, click ‘Schedule & Sync’ button. You will be displayed the following dialog box.

  • By default, ‘Stock Update’ tab will be opened. So let’s first do the automated sync schedule for ‘Stock Update’


Automated sync schedule for ‘Stock Update’:

  • Select the frequency of automated sync from ‘Frequency’ dropdown.
  • Select the everyday sync start (i.e. when this system is on) from ‘Start Time’ selector.
  • Enter the user name of the system in which you have run ‘MartjackShoper9App.exe’ file in ‘System User Name’ textbox.
  • Enter the password of the system in which you have run ‘MartjackShoper9App.exe’ file in ‘System Password’ textbox.
  • To save the schedule, click ‘Save’ button. Similarly create as many as automated sync schedules for ‘Stock Update’.
  • You can find the sync history of previous syncs (i.e. both automated and manual syncs (if any) ) under ‘Sync History’ grid, from where you can also manually sync again the required batch by clicking ‘Run’ button under ‘Sync Again’ column.

  • Now you can verify this schedule from ‘Task Scheduler’. To do so, click 'Start’ button of your PC, find and select ‘Task Scheduler’ tab. You will be displayed ‘Task Scheduler’ dialog box.

  • You can verify the task under ‘Task Scheduler Library’ tab.

  • You can also verify the task status or history of both automated and manual syncs through Products > Bulk Tools > Bulk Product Upload interface in MartJack Control Panel.

Manual sync for ‘Stock Update’:

  • You can do manual syncs for ‘Stock Update’ as and when required.
  • You need not to provide any details for manual sync. Just click ‘Sync’ as shown in figure.

  • You will be displayed related message under ‘Sync History’ grid. If there are some changes after last sync, you will be displayed the message as follows:

  • You can find the sync history of previous syncs (i.e. both automated (if any) and manual syncs) under ‘Sync History’ grid, from where you can also manually sync again the required batch by clicking ‘Run’ button under ‘Sync Again’ column.

  • You can verify the task status or history of both automated and manual syncs through Products > Bulk Tools > Bulk Product Upload interface in Task History section of MartJack Control Panel.

  • After clicking ‘Schedule & Sync’ button. You will be displayed the following dialog box.

  • By default ‘Stock Update’ tab will be opened.
  • Click ‘Price Update’ tab. The rest of the procedure is same as explained in Automated sync schedule for ‘Stock Update’ topic.


Manual sync for ‘Price Update’:

  • You can do manual syncs for *‘Price Update’ as and when required.
  • After clicking ‘Schedule & Sync’ button. You will be displayed the following dialog box.

  • Click ‘Price Update’ tab.
