  • By configuring 'Zendesk App' in Martjack Control Panel, you yourself can check, raise and closely monitor your customer concerns (Tickets) from your 'Martjack Control Panel' as well as from your 'Zendesk' Account, thereby increase your customer satisfaction.


Prerequisite:

  • You can configure 'Zendesk App' in Martjack Control Panel only after installing 'Zendesk' App in your Martjack Control Panel through Apps » App Store Module. You can view Zendesk tab under Apps module only when you have installed 'Zendesk' App in your Martjack Control Panel.

  • You also should have an account with Zendesk


Steps by Step Procedure:

  • Install 'Zendesk App' in your Martjack Control Panel
  • Contact with Zendesk and create an account with Zendesk
  • Configure 'Zendesk App' in your Martjack Control Panel
  • Create Custom Fields in Zendesk (Optional) to fetch the relevant information from your Martjack account data and display them along with the 'Ticket Details' in Zendesk.
    For example: Displaying 'Order Number' related to Ticket (if any)
  • Configure 'Martjack App' in Zendesk (Optional) to fetch the relevant information from your Martjack account data and display that along with the 'Ticket Details' in Zendesk.
    For example: Displaying 'Order Details, Shipping Address,Billing Address', etc… related to Ticket (if any).
  • Create, view and manage Tickets from Martjack Control Panel
  • Access to Zendesk Account through Martjack Control Panel
  • Close Solved Tickets
