• Personalized recommendations create customer loyalty, build trust and strengthen the relationship between your customer and your business.

  • Recommendation systems are critical because they find customer patterns and help them to find out the products they want, whereas on large eCommerce websites, they may never find products deep within product categories.

  • Here, through Personalization apps, you can create a Personalization Quiz for knowing the customer interests and display it through the Survey 'Drag & Drop Control' (Please refer: Survey).

  • Once you know the customer interest (patterns), then you can showcase the relevant products and display them for their easiness.

  • Prerequisite:
    • You can view Personalization tab under Apps module only when you have installed 'Personalization' app to your store and your request for the same would have been approved from the MartJack:

To get access to overview of the Personalization apps, do the following:

  • Log in to the 'MartJack Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • You will be navigated to the 'Dashboard' page.

  • Click the  Personalization icon. The Apps section will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Click Personalization, and select Overview. You will be navigated to the Personalization > Personalization page.
    • Note: Prerequisite:
      • You can view the Personalization tab under the Apps module only when you have installed 'Personalization' app to your store and your request for the same would have been approved by our Admin.

  • You can find the status of your request in the success message.
