Capillary’s Reward Points increases your customer loyalty and engagement through earning and burning the reward points for the purchases at your store. You can do the earning as well as burning point’s configurations here, so that Capillary can be used as a ‘Loyalty Program’ as well as a ‘Payment Gateway’.

You can define suitable values to your required Category attributes, so that when orders raised against the products of those categories, logs will be created and posted to Capillary CRM for their use.

You can configure to send user profile data through the system to Capillary CRM after user registration, so that user will be registered at Capillary for getting the reward points after placing Orders.

You can also manage the minimum and maximum no. of points that can be redeemed.

1. How to do 'Capillary's API Integration' at my Web Store?


To do 'Capillary's API Integration' at your webstore, do the following:

  • Log in to 'MartJack Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • You will be routed to 'Dashboard' page. Click Apps module.

  • Click or mouse over Capillary CRM Settings tab and select Configuration tab. You will be routed to Capillary CRM Settings > Capillary API Configuration Setup page.

  • Note: Prerequisite:
    • You can view Capillary CRM Settings tab under Apps module only when you have installed 'Capillary Points' app to your store and your request for the same have been approved from our Admin.
Enter the user name for Capillary API in API Username textbox.
Use available location till id: Select this checkbox when you want to post the user data at CRM against respective store location from where the order was placed.
Enter the password for Capillary API in API Password textbox.
Select the type of transaction environment for using this Payment Gateway from 'Environment' dropdown.
  • Note: To use this Payment Gateway in Development/Stage/Live environment, select Dev/Stage/Production respectively.
Production HUB: If you have selected the 'Environment' as 'Production Server', you can find the Product HUB dropdown. Select your 'Production Hub' live Server from Production HUB dropdown.
Capillary Unique Identifier: Select a unique identifier for capillary from Capillary Unique Identifier dropdown.
Select either Update from CRM or Update only if blank radio button to update the user data at your web store always from CRM irrespective of the availability of user data at your web store or to update user data at your web store from CRM only if the user data is blank at your web store respectively.
  • Note: All the profile attributes that you have created under Attribute Profile section of Member Profile page are listed under Capillary Unique Identifier dropdown. Select a suitable profile attribute from that dropdown and modify the 'Registration Template' for showing the selected profile attribute's filed. Then the user need to enter the respective value against that profile attribute for identifying the user at Capillary.
  • Example: PAN Card can be a profile attribute of the users, and user can enter unique 'PAN Card number' while registration at your site which can be also captured by Capillary for identifying the user and displaying all the user credits (i.e. Capillary Reward Points) that are gained from different sites collectively.
Minimum points required to attempt redemption: The slider for redemption of Capillary points will be displayed in Step 4 of Single Page checkout only when the user is having these many number of points. Enter the minimum points required for proceeding the redemption in Minimum points required to attempt redemption textbox.
Maximum redeemable points per order: Enter the maximum redeemable points per order in Maximum redeemable points per order textbox.
Skip Redemption OTP: Select this checkbox to skip the OTP verification while user redeeming the Capillary points. Else, OTP will be sent to user before redeeming the Capillary points for confirmation.
Is Awesome Bar: This option is used for displaying Capillary script (i.e. Capillary Points and some useful information). Select Is Awesome Bar checkbox for displaying the Capillary points and other useful information to the end-user after login to your Web store. Example is shown in the following figure:

  • Allow user to earn points on successful order: Select this checkbox to allow the user to earn Capillary points upon placing successful order.
  • Post Email Transactions: Select this checkbox to post the transaction at Capillary CRM when the transaction is done through only email id, i.e. particularly when mobile number of user is not mentioned.
  • Enable CRM Registration: Select this checkbox to post the user registration data at Capillary CRM when the user registered at web your store.
  • Is CRM Registration First: Select this checkbox to register the user first at Capillary CRM, and then at your web store.
  • Post Subscription Data: Select this checkbox to send user data to Capillary CRM when user subscribes to a mailing list i.e. Email subscriptions, at your web store.
  • Update user data from CRM on login: Select this checkbox to update the user data at your web store from the Capillary CRM when user logs to your web store.
  • To save the configuration, click Save. You will be displayed a success message.

2. How do I define required Category attributes and their values for creating logs when orders placed against those categories for posting to Capillary's CRM?


To define required Category attributes and their values for creating logs when orders placed against those categories for posting to Capillary's CRM, do the following:

  • Log in to 'MartJack Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • To add a new attribute, click Add New. Then Add New dialog box will be displayed.

  • All the category attributes of your store, which are not yet added at Capillary Payment Gateway > Capillary API Configuration Setup page will be displayed under Attribute dropdown.
  • Select a suitable category attribute from Attribute dropdown.
  • Specify a suitable value for it in Value textbox.
  • To save the configuration, click Save. The dialog box will be closed and the respective attribute will be listed under List of Attribute References section in Capillary CRM Settings > Capillary API Configuration Setup page.

  • Note: You can also delete any attribute by clicking its  Capillary API Integration icon.
