• Customer Segmentation allows you to sort your users based on 'predefined conditions' and perform 'predefined actions' on the user list by creating and running 'Segmentation rules'.

  • This is the easiest way of segregating your customers based on some predefined conditions and add them directly to a specific 'user group' or 'mailing list' as per your requirement. These user lists will help you in running promotions or for further analysis.

  • The 'Segmentation rule' is created by defining one or more conditions based on Registration Parameters/Login Parameters/Purchase Parameters/Abandoned Cart Parameters/Wishlist Parameters for sorting the users and defining the actions based on Customer Group/Customer Mailing List.

  • Once the 'Segmentation rule' is created, you can run them as and when required, so that the predefined action will be performed. i.e. the listed users as per your predefined conditions will be added to specified mailing list or user group as per your configuration.
