• Vendor is an enterprise, who contributes goods or services for your store.

  • You have the facility for providing a separate Control Panel (i.e. enabling 'Vendor Self Service') for the required vendors, so that the respective vendors can directly add or edit products and ship ordered products through the Control Panel. For this you need to opt the facility from our Admin.

  • After your 'Vendor Self Service' facility request is approved by our Admin, then only you can find Vendor Group Setup Tab under Products module and corresponding fields for providing 'Vendor Self Service' in Add/Edit Vendor page.

  • ‘Vendor Commission Groups’ are the different Vendor groups that can be created based on the commission (in % on web price - against each of your Categories) that you want to take from the respective Vendors upon selling their products/services at your web store. You can edit the commissions for default group or you can create your own groups as per your requirement. Once these groups are created, you can map the vendors into the required groups.
