How do I list out the background job processes of my store?
To list out the background job processes of your store, do the following:
- Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.
- You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.
- Click the
icon. The Products section will be displayed as shown in the figure.
- Click Bulk Tools, and select Job Monitor Dashboard. You will be navigated to the Dashboard for Background Jobs page.
You have multiple search options to list out the background job processes as mentioned below.
- To list out the background job processes against an SKU or Variant SKU, enter the respective SKU or Variant SKU in the SKU/Variant SKU text box.
- To list out the background job processes through its task id, enter the respective task id in the Task ID text box.
- Select the type of job process from the Type drop-down. The available options are:
- Stock and Price: This option lists out the Location wise Stock and Price upload tasks.
- Price Only: This option lists out the price list upload tasks.
- Bulk Upload: This option lists out the bulk product upload tasks.
- All: This option lists out all the above tasks.
- To list out the background processes as per their task status, select the required status from the Status drop-down. The available options are:
- Initiated: This option lists out the tasks that are just initiated.
- In Progress: This option lists out the tasks that are in progress.
- Completed: This option lists out the tasks that are completed.
- Failed: This option lists out the tasks that are failed.
- Select the date range for listing the background tasks through the From Date and To Date 'date pickers'.
- To list out the background tasks as per the selected search criteria, click Search. The respective tasks will be listed under the Matched Jobs section.
- You can view the 'task id, type of task, created date and last updated date of task, name of the task file, task status, number of total rows/updated rows/failed rows due to validations/failed rows due to exceptions/rows in progress, and actions' related information in the Matched Jobs section.
- You also have the provision to download the respective task file and to view the error logs(if any) through the
and
icons respectively.
- To download the task file, click its
icon under the Actions section. The respective Excel file will be downloaded.
- To navigate the Error Logs Summary page, click its
icon under the Actions section. You will be navigated to the Error Logs Summary page, where you can find the error logs for all failed transactions.
