• The default data of your store is the most useful information for a quick and easy reference during the bulk uploads.

  • The success of any bulk upload depends on the correctness of the uploaded data.

  • The default data facilitates you to enter the valid data and minimize the failures during the bulk uploads. You can retrieve your category reference codes, brand ids, and the master data through this facility.

How do I download the default data of my store for a quick and easy reference during the bulk uploads?


To download the default data of your store for a quick and easy reference during the bulk uploads, do the following:

  • Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.

  • Click the  Default Data icon. The Products section will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Click Bulk Tools, and select Default Data. You will be navigated to the Bulk Tools > Download Default Data page.

Download My Store Categories:

  • Note:
    • You can download the category names and the ‘reference codes’ of the categories of your store for a quick and easy reference during the bulk product upload i.e. while filling the ‘Category Reference’ column of the ‘ProductCatalog.xlsx’.

    • You can’t add new ‘reference codes’ in the ‘ProductCatalog.xlsx’ other than those mentioned in this list during the bulk product upload.
  • You can find the Download My Store Categories section at the beginning.
  • To download the categories of your store, click the Download button of Download My Store Categories section. The StoreCategories.xlsx file will be downloaded.
  • To open the StoreCategories.xlsx, double-click on it and the Excel will be displayed as shown in the figure.

Download Master Data:

  • Note:
    • You can download the master data of your store such as the category names, category reference codes, brand ids, shipping codes, section ref codes, form codes, fulfillment service ref codes, tax codes, variant properties, variant values, and so on for a quick and easy reference while filling the relevant columns of the ‘ProductCatalog.xlsx’.

    • The master data also consists of the location and delivery area information which is useful for various relevant bulk uploads.
  • Navigate to the Download Master Data section.

  • To download the master data of your store, click the Download button of the Download Master Data section. The MasterData.xlsx file will be downloaded.
  • To open the MasterData.xlsx, double-click on it and the Excel will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • The MasterData.xlsx is having two sheets. The Sheet1 consists of the category names, category reference codes, brand ids, shipping codes, section ref codes, form codes, fulfillment service ref codes, tax codes, variant properties, variant values, and so on information.
  • Click the other sheet. i.e. LocationDeliveryAreas. It will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • You can find the location id, location code, location name, delivery area id, and delivery area name details in the LocationDeliveryAreas sheet, which are useful during the various relevant bulk uploads


Download Brand List:

Note:
  • You can download the available brands of your store as well as the brands of our repository with the ‘brand ids’ for a quick and easy reference while filling the ‘Brand Id’ column of ‘ProductCatalog.xlsx’.

  • You can’t add new ‘brand ids’ in the ‘ProductCatalog.xlsx’ other than those mentioned in this list during the bulk product upload.
  • Navigate to the Download Brand List section.

  • To download the information about the brands, click the Download button of the Download Brand List section. The Brandlist.xlsx file will be downloaded.
  • To open the Brandlist.xlsx, double-click on it and the Excel will be displayed as shown in the figure.
