How do I find out what are the images associated with the products and whether these images are uploaded to the 'File Manager' or not?
To find out what are the images associated with the products and whether these images are uploaded to the 'File Manager' or not, do the following:
- Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.
- You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.
- Click the
icon. The Products section will be displayed as shown in the figure.
- Click Bulk Tools, and select Missing Image Report Download. You will be navigated to the Bulk Tools > Missing Image Report Download page.
- You can download the 'missing image report' data of required categories in an excel format. To do so, click Choose. You will be displayed a Select Category dialog box.
- The categories that are configured with your store will be displayed here. Select the required categories/sub-categories.
- Click Submit. The Select Category dialog box will be closed and the name of the selected category (categories) will be displayed in the 'Category Name' box.
- Click Download. The download will be started and the details such as date & time, selected categories, status, total rows, and downloaded rows will be updated under the Import Tasks section in the runtime.
- To download the data, click the
icon of the download under the Action column.
- Then you will be displayed a Opening MissingImageReportXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xlsx dialog box.
- Select Save File, and click OK. The dialog box will be closed and the file MissingImageReportXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xlsx will be downloaded.
- To open the Excel, double-click on that. The 'MissingImageReportXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xlsx' file will be displayed as shown in the figure.
- From the above image, you can find what are the images associated with products and whether they are uploaded to the 'File Manager' or not. By this way, you can ensure all the images associated with the products are uploaded to the 'File Manager'.
