• The Product Additional Content (or imagery content) includes 'Videos', 'Documents', 'Additional Images' (i.e. other than the basic large/small images), some special features like 'View 360' to show a product in the 360-degree views and so on.

  • The 'Bulk Imagery Content - Download' interface facilitates you to download the product additional content of a single or multiple categories in an Excel format in one go.

  • Against each download, you can find the names of selected categories, download status, and total rows/downloaded rows under the 'Import Tasks' section. You can also find the above-mentioned data being updated in runtime while downloading.

  • You can open the Excel containing downloaded data by clicking Excel icon under the 'Action' column of the 'Import Tasks' section.

How do I download imagery content (or Additional Content) such as ''Videos', 'Documents', 'Additional Images' (i.e. other than the basic large/small images), some special features like 'View 360' in a bulk quantity?


To download the 'Videos', 'Documents', 'Additional Images' (i.e. other than basic large/small images), some special features like 'View 360' in a bulk quantity, do the following:

  • Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.

  • Click the  Bulk Imagery Content Download icon. The Products section will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Click Bulk Tools, and select Bulk Imagery Content Download. You will be navigated to the Bulk Tools > Bulk Additional Content Download page.

  • Here you need to select single or multiple categories from which you want to download the imagery content. To do so, click Choose button. You will be displayed a Select Category dialog box.

  • The categories that are configured with your store will be displayed here. Select the required categories/sub-categories.
  • Click Submit. The Select Category dialog box will be closed and the name(s) of the selected category (categories) will be displayed in the Category text box.

  • To download the imagery content, click Generate file. The download will be started and you can find the names of selected categories, download status, and total rows/downloaded rows are being updated in the runtime while downloading.
  • After completion of the download, you can view the  Bulk Imagery Content Download icon and  Bulk Imagery Content Download icon against the latest downloaded task along with the names of selected categories, download status, and total rows/downloaded rows under 'Import Tasks' section.

  • To open the Excel, click  Bulk Imagery Content Download icon of the respective downloaded task and you will be displayed a Opening FileAssoDataXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xlsx dialog box.

  • Select Save File, and click OK. The dialog box will be closed and the Excel will be saved in your default save location. To open the Excel, double-click on the file and the Excel file will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Edit/update existing data in the 'FileAssoDataXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xlsx' as per your requirement and save the file.
  • Note: The file names specified in the 'Large Image 300*300' column (only of main products) of the 'Bulk Product Excel' i.e. 'ProductCatlogXXXXXXXXXXXX.xls' (Please refer: Bulk Product Download) will be displayed in the 'FileName large image/url' column of the 'FileAssoDataXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xlsx'.

  • If you want to add 'Thumbnail' or 'Zoom' or 'DeepZoom' or 'Swatch Image' or 'Small Image' or 'Custom Images' to an SKU, then add that many rows under respective products and enter the respective file names under the respective columns. For all these images, you also need to specify respective large image in the FileName large image/url column.

  • You need to mention the names in the File Type and Content Type columns of the 'FileAssoDataXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xlsx' as same as that are mentioned in the Product Additional Content page (Please Refer: Associate Additional Content to Products).

  • Please refer the following guidelines while filling 'FileAssoDataXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xlsx'.


Guidelines for updating the data in 'FileAssoDataXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xlsx':

  • To add the 'Additional Images', specify AdditionalImage in the 'File Type' column, LargeImage in the 'Content Type' column, and enter the name of large image in the 'FileName large image/url' column and enter the relevant image names in the relevant columns such as the 'Thumbnail', 'Zoom', 'DeepZoom', 'Swatch Large Icon', and against 'Custom Images names (if any).'
  • Note: You can add multiple rows for uploading different files.

  • To add the 'Videos', specify Video in the 'File Type' column, specify either Scribd or Vimeo or YouTube in the 'Content Type' column and enter the suitable file name in the 'FileName large image/url' column.

  • To add the 'Documents', specify Document in the 'File Type' column, specify either Overview or Product Tour or Specifications or Menu or How it Works or Terms and Conditions in the 'Content Type' column and enter the suitable file name in the 'FileName large image/url' column.
    • Note: You can add multiple rows for uploading different files.

  • To add the 'View360' files, specify View360 in the 'File Type' column, specify Local_Flash in the 'Content Type' column and enter the suitable file name in the 'FileName large image/url' column.

  • The 'Sequence' column can be filled as per the File Type and SKU combination. i.e. take the example of two rows, where 'SKU' is different, and 'File Type' same or 'SKU' is same, and 'File Type' different; then same sequence number can be specified for these two rows. If both 'SKU' and 'File Type' are same, then the sequence number should be unique.
