Usages of 'Bulk Bundle Product Upload' interface:

  • 1. The Bulk Bundle Product Upload interface allows you to 'add new bundle products' or 'update the required product information of existing bundle products' in a bulk quantity at a stretch.

  • 2. You can also upload language sensitive bundle product data through this interface in bulk quantity.

1. How do I update the existing bundle product data or upload new bundle products at my Web store in bulk quantity?

2. How do I upload the language sensitive bundle product Data of my store in a bulk quantity?

Prerequisite:

  • You should have downloaded the ProductCatalogXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xlsx file through 'Bulk Bundle Product Download' interface for updating the existing bundle product data.
  • You should have downloaded latest excel format i.e. DefaultFormatBundleProductUpload.xlsx (as explained in this page) and updated the relevant data.


To update the existing bundle product data or upload new bundle products at your Web store in bulk quantity or to update/upload the language-sensitive bundle product data, do the following:

  • Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.

  • Click the  Bulk Bundle Product Upload icon. The Products section will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Click Bulk Tools, and select Bulk Bundle Product Upload. You will be navigated to the Bulk Tools > Bulk Bundle Product Upload page.

  • To download the default 'bulk bundle product excel', click the 'Click Here' link. The DefaultFormatBundleProductUpload.xlsx file will be downloaded. To open the Excel, double-click the same and it will be displayed as mentioned below:
    • Note: First go through the Definitions sheet for knowing exactly what each column of the Excel denotes.

  • To read the definitions about the columns of each sheet, click the Definitions sheet. It will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • After reading the definitions, enter the respective value in required columns as explained below.


'Bundle Products' Sheet: Click the Bundle Products sheet and fill the data as mentioned below:

  • Category Reference: It is the unique reference code of each Category. You can enter only existing Category Reference Codes of your store here. To download the list, click 'Products > Bulk Tools » Default Data'. It’s a mandatory field.
  • SKU: Enter Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), which is a unique identifier for each of the distinct bundle products with a limit of 50 characters here. (%, &, ” ,', < not allowed). It’s a mandatory field.
  • Brand ID: Enter the unique identification number of the Brand here. To download the list, click 'Products > Bulk Tools > Default Data'. It’s a mandatory field.
  • Product Title: Enter the name/title of the bundle product with a limit of 100 characters here. It’s a mandatory field.
  • Inventory: Enter the stock (quantity) of the bundle product here.
  • MRP: Enter the Maximum Retail Price of the bundle product here.
  • Web price: Enter the selling price of the bundle product at your Web store here. The Web price should be less than MRP.
  • Weight Config: If weight configuration is fixed, then enter Fixed here.
  • Price Display: Enter the price display as Lowest or Range here.
    • Note: If 'Price Config' is Dynamic and ‘Price Display’ is Lowest, then the lowest price of an item in each group will be added together and displayed as the price of bundle product.
    • If 'Price Config' is Dynamic and ‘Price Display’ is Range, then the lowest and highest prices of the bundle product will be displayed in a range. The highest price of a bundle product is calculated by adding the highest price of the item in each group.
  • Suggestive Percentage: Enter the suggestive percentage here.
  • Example: 50. Deal combo upgrade will trigger when cumulative bundle group weightage is more than or equal to this value.
  • Price Config: Enter the price configuration as Fixed or Dynamic to display the price of Bundle product as a fixed amount or as per selection of items of the Bundle Product respectively.
  • Availability: If the bundle product is active, then enter Y here, else enter N.
  • Small Image 100*100: Enter the file name for the small image of bundle product here, which will be displayed in Product Showcase on any configured page.
  • Large Image 300*300: Enter the file name for the large image of bundle product here, which will be displayed on the 'Product Details' page after clicking the 'Small Image.'
  • Short Description: Enter a brief description for bundle product within 500 characters. This will be shown beside the product image on the Product Details page.
  • Product Description: Enter the detailed description of bundle product within 50000 characters. This will be shown through 'Description' tab on the Product Details page.
  • Payment Option-Online: Enter Yes if the ‘online payment’ option is provided for this bundle product, else enter No
  • Payment Option-Cheque/DD: Enter Yes if the ‘Cheque/DD’ payment option is provided for this bundle product, else enter No.
  • Payment Option-Bank Transfer: Enter Yes if the ‘Bank transfer’ payment option is provided for this bundle product, else enter No.
  • Payment Option-COD: Enter Yes if the ‘COD’ payment option is provided for this bundle product, else enter No.
  • Delivery Option-Ship: Enter Y if you provide Shipping for this bundle product, else enter N.
  • Delivery Option-Offline: Call for Actions are Lead Generating Mechanisms, which act as the interfaces between you and end-users. Enter Y to display the Call for Actions for this bundle product in the Product Details page, else enter N.
  • Delivery Option-Online: Enter Y to allow Online Deliveries such as Donations, Re-charges of Mobiles, etc… where there is no delivery after payment, else enter N.
  • Delivery Option-InStore Pickup: Enter Y if you provide pickup at store facility for his bundle product, else enter N.
  • Validate Item Level Stock: To validate the stock of the bundle items while adding the bundle product to cart. enter Y, else enter N. If this is Y, then while adding items of bundle product to cart a validation message will be displayed if the stock of any item is insufficient.
  • Location Based: If the bundle product is a location-based product then enter Y, else enter N.
  • Shipping Code: Enter the shipping code for this bundle product here for calculating shipping charges.
  • Tax Code: Enter the tax code for this bundle product here for calculating tax charges.
  • Delivery Time: Enter the approximate delivery time here for displaying in the storefront (within 40 characters) in either text or digits or alphanumeric form. For example, Within 48 Hrs, 7 Days, etc….
  • Product Weight: Enter the weight of the Bundle product in Grams or in Kgs here for weight-based shippingThis weight will be used when the Weight Configuration is on Fixed basis.
  • Page Title: Enter the title of the page to be displayed it in the search results when searched through Google for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) purpose.
  • Keywords: Enter the 'Meta tag keywords' for your bundle product page here for SEO purpose.
  • Keyword Description: Enter the 'Meta tag description' about your bundle product page here for SEO purpose.
  • Small Image Alt Text: Enter the alternate text for small image here for SEO purpose to search that image through these tag words.
  • Large Image Alt Text: Enter the alternate text for large image here for SEO purpose to search that image through these tag words.
  • Start Date: Enter the validity starting date of bundle Product in the storefront in DD-MM-YYYY format.
  • End Date: Enter the validity ending date of bundle Product in the storefront in DD-MM-YYYY format.
  • Pkg Qty: Package Quantity is the lot size of the bundle product that is defined by you. The order can be placed only in the multiples of ‘Pkg Qty’ provided that the order quantity satisfies the 'Minimum Order Quantity' criteria.
  • Minimum Order Quantity: Enter the minimum order quantity here. The order will not be placed below this quantity.
  • Maximum Order Quantity: Enter the maximum quantity here. The order will not be placed above this quantity.
  • Pre Order: Preorder allows the end-users to place an order for reserving a new bundle product before its official launch. To allow preorder - enter Y, else enter N
  • Back Order: Backorder allows the end-users to place orders even when the stock is expired. To allow backorder - enter Y, else enter N
  • Product Tag: Product Tags are the ‘Keywords’ or ‘Labels’, which can be associated to bundle product for classification & filtration purposes. Enter the product tag here.
  • Offer Product Description: If you want to run some offer on the bundle product, enter the description of the offer here. This will be displayed in Products Details page just below the product image i.e. under Offers tab.
  • Offer Product Image 300*300: Enter the name of the offer product’s image here. This image will be displayed in Products Details page just below the product image i.e. under Offers tab.
  • Stock Available Message: To help the end-users to take purchase decisions while going for Preorder and Backorder, enter a message here about when the stock is going to be available.
  • Product Condition: If the bundle product condition is new - enter N, if it’s used enter U
  • Warranty bearer: Enter NW or M or D for ‘no warranty’ or ‘manufacturer warranty’ or ‘dealer warranty’ respectively.
  • Warranty In Months: Enter the warranty in the number of months for the bundle product. Example: 12
  • Reserve Quantity: To reserve a bundle product for some special purpose, enter the reserve quantity here. Orders will not be placed if inventory is equal or less than reserve quantity.
  • Re-order stock level: Enter the 'reorder stock qty.' here. This is just for your information.
  • Stock Alert Quantity: Enter the stock alert quantity here at which you want to get a stock alert.
  • Bar Code: A barcode is an optical machine-readable representation of data, which shows data about the object to which it attaches. Enter the Barcode of the bundle product here. In the case of multiple barcodes for any product, enter them comma-seperated.
  • Model Number: Enter the 'model number' of the bundle product here.
  • Catalog Code: Enter the 'Catalog Code' of the bundle product here.
  • Product Note: Enter the additional information about the bundle product here. This is for internal reference only and not displayed on any page.
  • Token Price: 'Token Price' is the advance payment taken from customer to reserve a product. The rest of the money will be collected from the customer while receiving the product at your physical store. Enter the 'Token Price' of Bundle Product here.
  • Cost Price: Enter the 'Cost Price' of Bundle Product for your own reference here.
  • Hide Price: Enter Y to hide the price of this bundle product on the storefront, else enter NYou can display 'Price on Request' Call for Action to reveal the price only to the interested customers.
  • Std Product Code: Standard Products are the products that can be identified by internationally and are following specific International Standards for their identification. Enter the Std product code for the bundle product here as per the selected Std Product Type
  • MPN: It is the Manufacturer Part Number (MPN), a unique part number given by the manufacturer. Enter the MPN for the bundle product here.
  • Vendor: Enter the name of the Vendor here if the bundle product is a Vendor product.
  • Vendor SKU: Enter the Vendor’s SKU for the bundle product here if it’s a Vendor product.
  • Std Product Type: Enter the Standard Product Type as ISBN (International Standard Book Number) 10 or ISBN 13 or UPC (Universal Product Code) or EAN (European Article Numbering) or GTIN (Global Trade Item Number) or ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number) as per applicability here.
  • URL Key Rewriter: Enter the keywords of your bundle product page’s URL here for SEO purpose. The same keywords will be inserted in that product page URL and helpful in SEO.
  • Custom Fields: Ad-hoc Forms allow you to create customized web forms with the number of custom fields and you can use them to receive customized orders from end-users. To display a suitable Ad-hoc form in Product Details page, enter the relevant Ad-hoc form code here.
  • StartTime(HH:MM:SS): Enter the validity starting time of bundle Product in storefront in HH:MM:SS format
  • EndTime(HH:MM:SS): Enter the validity ending time of bundle Product in the storefront in HH:MM:SS format
  • Periodicity Type (Onetime/Weekly/Monthly): Periodicity type allows you to define the time period (‘Onetime, Weekly, and Monthly’) that denotes the validity of the product at your Web store. Enter the periodicity type accordingly here.
  • Periodicity Range Weekly(1-3/1,3,5), Monthly(1-3/1,3,5): Define the time frame as per the opted periodicity type.
    • Example: For ‘Weekly’, enter 1-3 or 1,2,3 (Note: 1= Monday). For ‘Monthly’, enter 10-13 or 10,11,12,13, (Note: 10=10th day of month). Note: Do not enter anything for the ‘Onetime’
  • ShowExpired(Y/N): To display the bundle product in storefront after the expiry of validity - enter Y, else enter N


'Bundle Groups' Sheet: Click Bundle Groups sheet and fill the data as mentioned below:

  • Bundle product SKU: Enter Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), which is a unique identifier for each of the distinct bundle products with a limit of 50 characters here. (%, &, ” ,', < not allowed). It’s a mandatory field.
  • Bundle group ref code: Enter unique reference code for bundle group here. It’s a mandatory field.
  • Bundle group Title: Enter the unique title for bundle group here. It’s a mandatory field.
  • Description: Enter the description for bundle group here.
  • Input Type: Enter the input type accordingly as Checkbox or Radio button or Dropdown or Multiselect Dropdown to allow users to select multiple items or single item or single item from a drop-down or multiple items from the drop-down respectively from this group.
  • Enable as ‘Primary Group’: To make the Group as primary, enter Y, else enter N here. If it's a Primary Group, then you can add only one bundle item in this group. There will be only one Primary Group for the entire Bundle Product.
  • Position: Enter the order of display of Bundle Group here. Example - for displaying in the first position, enter 1
  • Include Price for No.of Items: Enter the maximum number of items (Addons) from this group for including in the price of bundle product here.
    • Please refer: 'No. of Items for Include Price' in the Bundle Items for more information.
  • Enable item selection as Mandatory: To make the selection of at least a single bundle item from this group as Mandatory - enter Y, else enter N here.
  • Auto Select: If this group is to be automatically selected - enter Y, else enter N here. If it’s an auto-selected group, then all the default items of this group are auto selected while placing an order and the group will be skipped while placing the order.
  • MinimumQuantity: Enter the minimum quantity of items to be purchased from this group here.
  • Suggestive weightage: Enter the suggestive weightage for this bundle group here. Example: 20. This weightage is applicable to this group. When some products from different groups are added to cart, and the cumulative weightage of those groups is equal or more than 'suggestive percentage' of any bundle product, then that bundle product will be suggested to user for benefiting the user.
  • Consider weightage for Suggestion: To consider the suggestive weightage for this group - enter Y, else enter NIf this is 'Y', then only the suggestive weightage of this group is considered for triggering Deal combo upgrade.


'Bundle Items' Sheet: Click Bundle Items sheet and fill the data as mentioned below:

  • Bundle group ref code: Enter unique reference code for bundle group here. It’s a mandatory field.
  • Bundle item SKU: Enter the unique SKU of the bundle item here. It’s a mandatory field.
  • Bundle item Title: Enter the title of the bundle item here. It’s a mandatory field.
  • Variant Mapping: If Variants are there for the bundle item, then enter Y, else enter NA.
  • OverridePrice: Enter the customized price for this bundle item here. This price will override the web price of the bundle item.
  • MRP: Enter the maximum retail price of the bundle item here.
  • Web Price: Enter the web price of the bundle item here.
  • Default Qty.: The default quantity is the quantity to be purchased for this bundle item. Example: 1
  • Position: Position is the order of display of this bundle item in the bundle group. Example: 1
  • User Defined Qty.: Enter Y if the user is permitted to define the quantity to be purchased for this item. Else, enter N. If it is 'N', then default quantity will be considered.
  • Include Price: Enter Y if the price of this bundle item is already included in the Bundle Product price. Else enter N.
  • Default: Enter Y if you want to make this bundle item as a default item. Else, enter N.
  • Parent product: Enter Y if there are Variants for this item. Else, enter N.
  • MaxQty: Enter the maximum quantity to be purchased for this bundle item. Example: 2


'Bundle Variants' Sheet: Click Bundle Variants sheet and fill the data as mentioned below:

  • Group Ref Code: Enter unique reference code for bundle group here. It’s a mandatory field while adding Variant items.
  • Item SKU: Enter the unique SKU of the bundle item here. It’s a mandatory field while adding Variant items.
  • Variant SKU: Enter the unique SKU of the bundle item here. It’s a mandatory field while adding Variant items.
  • IsRestricted: Enter Y to display the Variant item to the user. Else, enter N.
  • IsIncludedInBundlePrice: Enter Y if the price of this variant item is already included in the Bundle Product price. Else enter N.
  • IsDefault: Enter Y if you want to make this variant item as a default item. Else, enter N.
  • OverridedPrice: Enter the customized price for this variant item here. This price will override the web price of the variant item.
  • IsOverridedPrice: Enter Y to use the overridden price of the variant item. Else, enter N.
  • MaxQty: Enter the maximum quantity to be purchased for this variant item. Example: 2


'Bundle Product Language Fields' Sheet: Click Bundle Product Language Fields sheet and fill the data as mentioned below:

  • Language Code: Enter the language code here. Example: 'ar' (Arabic), 'hi' (Hindi) It’s a mandatory field when you are entering language specific bundle product data.
  • SKU: Enter the SKU of bundle product here. It’s a mandatory field when you are entering language specific bundle product data.
  • Product Title: Enter the title of the bundle product in respective language here. It’s a mandatory field when you are entering language specific bundle product data.
  • Short Description: Enter the short description of the bundle product in the respective language here.
  • Product Description: Enter the detailed description of the bundle product in the respective language here.
  • Offer Product Description: Enter the description of the offer product in the respective language here.
  • Delivery Time: Enter the message for an approximate delivery time in the respective language here.
  • Stock Available Message: Enter the stock available message for the bundle product in the respective language here, which helps the end-users in taking purchase decisions while going for Preorder and Backorder.
  • Page Title: Enter the title of the page in the respective language here to display it in the search results when searched through Google for SEO purpose.
  • Keywords: Enter the 'Meta tag keywords' in the respective language here for your bundle product page for SEO purpose
  • Keyword Description: Enter the 'Meta tag description' about your bundle product page in the respective language here for SEO purpose.


'Bundle Group Language' Fields: Click Bundle Group Language Fields sheet and fill the data as mentioned below:

  • Bundle group ref code: Enter unique reference code for bundle group here. It’s a mandatory field when you are entering language specific bundle group data.
  • Language Code: Enter the language code here. Example: 'ar' (Arabic), 'hi' (Hindi) It’s a mandatory field when you are entering language specific bundle group data.
    • Note: If you are entering multilingual data, maintain separate rows for entering the data of each language. For example, enter the data in 'Arabic' language against 'language code' - 'ar' and data in 'Hindi' language against 'language code' - 'hi' in separate rows.
  • Bundle group Title: Enter the title of the bundle group in respective language here. It’s a mandatory field when you are entering language specific bundle group data.
  • Description: Enter the description of the bundle group in respective language here.
  • Save the DefaultFormatBundleProductUpload.xlsx in a suitable location.
  • Navigate to Bulk Tools > Bulk Bundle Product Upload page.

  • Click Browse. The Open dialog box will be displayed.

  • Select the updated DefaultFormatBundleProductUpload.xlsx from the stored location and click Open. The dialog box will be closed and the name of the selected file will be displayed in the Upload a file text box.

  • Click Upload. The file will be uploaded and the status of the upload will be updated under the Task History section in run-time.

  • You can find the upload status, total number of rows, no. of updated rows. no. of rows failed due to validations/exceptions, etc under the Task History section.
  • You can download the uploaded Excel (if required) through the  Bulk Bundle Product Upload icon under the Action column.
  • You can delete the upload task (if required) through the  Bulk Bundle Product Upload icon under Action column.
  • If any row is failed to upload, you can find the  Bulk Bundle Product Upload icon under the Action column.
  • Click the  Bulk Bundle Product Upload icon under the Action column, you will be navigated to the Error Logs Summary page.

  • Read the error messages and rectify the data accordingly. Upload the DefaultFormatBundleProductUpload.xlsx at the Bulk Tools > Bulk Bundle Product Upload page again.
