- To download required product data in a bulk quantity, do the following:
- Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.
- You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.
- Click the
icon. The Products section will be displayed as shown in the figure.
- Click Bulk Tools, and select Bulk Product Download. You will be navigated to the Bulk Tools > Bulk Product Download page. By default, the Store Category tab will be opened.
- To download the required product data, click Choose. You will be displayed a Select Category dialog box.
- The categories that are configured with your store will be displayed here. Select the required categories/sub-categories.
- Click Submit. The Select Category dialog box will be closed and the name of the selected Category (categories) will be displayed in the Category text box.
- Click Generate File. The respective data will be downloaded and the download status will be updated in run-time under the Import Tasks section.
- You can delete this task (if required) from the Import Tasks section by clicking the relevant
icon.
- To get the downloaded product data, click the
icon of that respective download task under the Action column of the Import Tasks section. The ProductCatalogXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xlsx file will be downloaded.
- To view and modify the product data, double-click on the ProductCatalogXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xlsx file and the Excel will be displayed as shown in the figure.
- Note: There are two sheets here: 'Sheet1' and 'Definitions'. The Sheet1 contains product data, and the Definitions sheet contains the definitions/description of each column in 'Sheet1'.
- Update the data as per the given fields and store the file in a suitable location.
- Note: First go through the Definitions sheet for knowing exactly what each column of the Sheet1 denotes.

Small Image 100*100 | Enter the details of the small image here, which will be displayed in the Product Showcase (if the Custom Type of image is not defined and if Extended Properties section of that Product Showcase has not configured accordingly.) |

Payment Option-Cheque/DD | Enter Y to apply the Cheque/DD Checkout for this Product, else enter N. The end-users need to create 'Cheque/DD' (as per details mentioned by you) for Order Amount and send it to you after placing the Order. |
Payment Option-Bank Transfer | Enter Y to apply the Online Bank Transfer Checkout for this Product, else enter N. The end-users need to transfer the order amount to the account details as mentioned by you after placing the Order. |

Location Based Inventory | Enter Y if product's saleable inventory should be taken from the selected location/store rather than aggregating across the locations/stores, else enter N. That means if you enter Y, the inventory against the user selected location only will be considered while placing orders instead of considering the cumulative inventory against all locations. |
Shipping Code | A 'Shipping Code' facilitates to apply required Shipping charges to a product. Enter the applicable Shipping Code(s) here. |
Tax Code | A 'Tax Code' facilitates to apply Tax charges to a product. Enter the applicable Tax Code(s) here. |
Delivery Time | Enter the approximate delivery time in either text or digits or alphanumeric form. For example, Within 48 Hrs, 7 Days, etc… Whatever you enter here, it will display the same in Storefront. |
Catalog Sequence | Enter the sequence of Catalog (if any) here. This sequence will be useful to display the products in the order of 'Catalog Sequence' if 'Catalog Sequence' is selected from 'Dynamic Sequence' drop-down in the Extended Properties section of Product Showcase. |
Shipping Weight | The existing 'Product Weight' is renamed as 'Shipping Weight'. When the Product or Variant is not sold on the weight basis, and the weight is required only for defining shipping charges, 'Shipping Weight' is used. Shipping weight is considered for the Product or Variant when the 'UOM' is in 'Pieces'. It is the unit weight which cannot be changed in Picklist by Picker. |

Add-on Products:
- Add-on products are the products which can't be directly purchased, they are add-ons of a specific base product and they should be purchased along with the mapped base product.
- For example, Meat, Veggie, Cheese, … which are the toppings for a Pizza. They can't be ordered independently. They can be ordered along with Pizza only.
- Add-on products can't find out in search results.
- You can create add-on products through Bulk Product Excel only i.e. ProductCatalogXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xlsx. To add add-on products, enter A in Product Type - P (Product) or D (Deal) or A (Addon) column of ProductCatalogXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xlsx file.
Normal Products and Deal Products:
- Note: Similarly, by specifying the P or D in Product Type - P (Product) or D (Deal) or A (Addon) column in the ProductCatalogXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xlsx and uploading the same through the Bulk Product Upload interface, you can add the Normal Product or the Deal Product respectively.
2. How do I download the language sensitive product data of my store in a bulk quantity?

- To download the required product data, click Choose. You will be displayed a Select Category dialog box.
- The categories that are configured with your store will be displayed here. Select the required categories/sub-categories.
- Click Submit. The Select Category dialog box will be closed and the name of the selected Category (categories) will be displayed in the Category text box.
- Select the required language checkboxes for downloading the required multilingual product data.
- Click Generate File. The respective data will be downloaded and the download status will be updated in the run-time under the Import Tasks section.
- You can delete this task (if required) from the Import Tasks section by clicking relevant
icon.
- To get the downloaded product data, click the
icon of that respective download task under the Action column of the Import Tasks section. The ProductCatalogXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xlsx file will be downloaded.
- To view and modify the product data, double-click on the ProductCatalogXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xlsx file and the Excel will be displayed as shown in the figure.
- Note: The language code is mentioned under the Language Code column. Enter respective multilingual data in respective cells and save the Excel.
- You can refer the Definitions sheet to know exactly what each column of the Sheet1 denotes.
