• This interface facilitates to list out the products, which are failed to meet the defined catalog rules, through the various filtering options that are provided here.

  • So, you can list out the deactivated products as well as the nonconformed products.

  • The deactivated products are failed to meet the rules and hence deactivated as per the rules.

  • The nonconformed products are the products which are failed to meet the defined rules but they are not deactivated and are still live at your web store.

How do I list out the products that are failed to meet the catalog rules?


To list out the products that are failed to meet the catalog rules, do the following:

  • Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • You will be navigated to the Dashboard page. Click the Products module.

  • Click (or mouse over) the Catalog Rules tab and select the Failed Products tab. You will be navigated to the Catalog Rules Failed Products page.

  • You can list out the products that are failed to meet the catalog rules through the following options:
    • Title
    • SKU
    • Category
    • Product Status
    • Brand
    • Product Tag
    • Vendor
    • Location
    • Product Group
    • Deactivated Products
    • Nonconformed Products
    • Rule Name
  • Select the required criteria and click Go The respective products will be listed under the List of Products section.
