• This interface facilitates to create and manage the filters for orders/shipments through multiple criteria.

  • You can give a name for each filter, define the required filtering criteria, and save the filter so that you can view the result just by clicking the filter name as and when required.

  • You also have the facility to list the filter name as a sub-menu, which can be listed below the Manage Filters tab for an easy navigation.

How do I create and manage the custom filters for orders/shipments for listing the orders as per the required criteria?


To create and manage the custom filters for orders/shipments for listing the orders as per the required criteria, do the following:

  • Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce control panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.

  • Click the  Custom Filters icon. The Orders & Leads section will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Click Custom Filters and select Manage Filters. You will be navigated to the Custom Filters > Manage Filters page.

  • You can find the existing filters (if any) under the List of Filters section.
  • To create a new filter, click Create New Filter. You will be navigated to the Custom Filters > Add/Edit Filter page.

  • Enter the title of the filter in the Filter Name text box.
  • Select the type of filter from the Filter Type drop-down.
  • To add the created filter as a master link under the Manage Filters tab, select the Add as a master link checkbox
  • Note: While creating a filter, you can add multiple filtering options with the 'and'/'or' criteria between them.

  • You can also add complex filters by adding multiple groups, adding the required filters in each group, and applying the 'and'/'or' criteria between the groups.
  • Click   Custom Filters. The following options are available:

  • Select the required option - for example, Order Status. The following section will be displayed.

  • Select the required option from the next drop-down.
  • Select the required checkboxes as per your requirement.
  • If no more filtering options are to be added, you can save the settings. To create the filter, click Create Filter.

  • You can add more filters as per your requirement and apply the 'and' or the 'or' criteria between them.
  • If you want to add more filters, click   Custom Filters. The following section will be added.

  • Similarly, click   Custom Filters and select the required filtering option - for example, Order Sub-Status. The following section will be displayed.

  • Select the required option from the next drop-down.
  • Select the required checkboxes as per your requirement.
  • So, till now you have added two filtering options. You can apply the 'and' or the 'or' criteria between them. By default, the AND criterion is selected. To apply the OR criteria, click OR.
  • Similarly, you can add further filtering options if required by clicking the   Custom Filters button.
  • Let's assume that you have added five filtering options. But, you can apply either the 'and' or the 'or' criteria between them. That means you can't apply the 'and' criteria for some options and the 'or' criteria for some options.
  • If you want to apply the 'and' criteria for some options and the 'or' criteria for some options, you can add different groups, create filtering options under each group, and apply the 'and' or the 'or' criteria between the groups.
  • To create a new group, click   Custom Filters. The following section will be displayed.

  • You can add new filtering options and new groups as explained above.
  • You can apply the 'and' or the 'or' criteria between the groups by toggling the And and OR buttons as per your requirement.
  • You can also add another group (if required) and add the required filtering options in it.
  • You can also delete a filtering option or group by clicking the respective   Custom Filters
  • To save the configuration, click Create Filter. The filter will be saved and you will be displayed a relevant success message. You will be displayed the Order Grid Customization section, where you can customize the order grid as per your requirement.

  • Select the number of records per page from the Records per Page drop-down.
  • Select the items count of the default grid from the Default Grid Items Count drop-down.
  • Select the columns that you want in the order grid. Example, age, order id, order date, etc…
  • Note: The reference no option (i.e. Order reference no.) is added new.
  • You can also change the sequence of the columns in the order grid through the respective   Custom Filters buttons.
  • You can also select the actions that can be done on the resultant orders. Select a suitable action from the Actions drop-down.
  • Select the action buttons to be displayed from the multi-select drop-down.
  • To save the configuration, click Save. Your settings will be changed and you will be displayed a relevant success message.

  • Navigate to the Custom Filters > Manage Filters page.

  • Click the name of the filter. You will be navigated to the Filter Name page. You can verify the list of orders as per the filtering criteria in the Filtered Orders grid. You can also verify only the defined columns are visible in the order grid along with the defined action buttons.
