• This interface facilitates you to download the item level order cancellation report for a selected date range.

  • Each cancelled item of the orders is listed in a separate row and hence this report is called as ‘Cancellation Report (Line Level)’.

  • This report is handy and very much useful in doing further analysis.



How do I download the item level order cancellation report of my store?


To generate the item level order cancellation report of your store, do the following:

  • Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.

  • Click the  Cancellation Report icon. The Orders & Leads section will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Click Reports and select Cancellation Report. You will be navigated to the Reports > Cancellation Report ( Item Level ) page.

  • Select the time period for which you want to generate cancellation report through the From Date and To Date 'date pickers'.
  • Click Download Report. The cancellation report will be downloaded as per your selected criteria.
  • You can open the cancellation report and do further analysis as per your business requirement.
