• You can generate the ‘list of Orders’ that are placed at your web store as per the selected parameters and download the same in a wide variety of formats such as ‘PDF, HTML, XLS, RTF, CSV’, and so on.

  • This report will be item wise i.e. product wiseFor example, if four products are in an order, each product will be mentioned in a separate line in this report.

  • These reports give the comprehensive information of respective Orders and are very much useful while doing further analysis as per your business requirement.

How do I download the item level sales report or order list of my store in multiple formats?


To generate the item level sales report or order list of your store in multiple formats, do the following:

  • Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.

  • Click the  Item level sales report or order list icon. The Orders & Leads section will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Click Reports and select Item Level Sales Report. You will be navigated to the Reports > Download Order List page.

Select the time period for which you want to generate item level sales report or order list through the From Date and To Date 'date pickers'.
Select the format in which you want to download item level sales report or order list from the Download Format drop-down and click Download. The item level sales report or order list will be downloaded in the selected format.
  • For Example:
    • If you select 'PDF', orderlist.PDF file will be downloaded.
    • If you select 'HTML', orderlist.HTML file will be downloaded.
    • If you select 'XLS', orderlist.XLS file will be downloaded.
    • If you select 'RTF', orderlist.RTF file will be downloaded.
    • If you select 'CSV', orderlist.CSV file will be downloaded.
You can open the downloaded file and do further analysis as per your business requirement.
