• This interface facilitates you to generate (manually) 'Shipping Manifest' for the integrated logistics service providers of your store, who are listed under the following drop-down as they are not providing the same facility through automation process.

  • After selecting the provider, the relevant data of booked shipments that are 'Waiting for Pickup' will be automatically retrieved and the 'Shipping Manifest' will be generated by just clicking 'Finalizing Shipping Queue'.

  • You can send this manifest to the respective logistic service provider by a single click through the mailing facility provided here.

How do I generate a 'pickup list' or 'shipping manifest' for informing to my integrated logistics service providers?


To generate a 'pickup list' or 'shipping manifest' for informing to my integrated logistics service providers, do the following:

  • Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.

  • Click the  Shipping Manifest icon. The Orders & Leads section will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Click Reports and select Shipping Manifest. You will be navigated to the Reports > Shipping Manifest page.

  • Select the respective logistic provider for whom you are generating the 'Shipping Manifest' from the Logistic Providers drop-down.
  • You will be notified the number of total shipments in a queue (i.e. number of shipments ready for pickup) against the respective shipping provider beside the drop-down.

  • Note: Total shipments in a queue will be the pending list of last shipment. You can retrieve the list only if there are any shipments in a queue.
  • Click Finalize Shipping Queue. Then you will be displayed a relevant success message and you can find an entry under the Import Tasks column.

  • You can download the shipping manifest in an Excel format (if required) or pdf format (if required). You can also mail these files directly to the shipping service provider.
  • To download the shipping manifest in an Excel format, click  Shipping Manifest icon under the Action column of the relevant entry.
  • The SoftFormatData.xlsx file will be downloaded.
  • You can verify the data by opening the file. To open the file, double-click on the SoftFormatData.xlsx. It will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • To download the shipping manifest in a pdf format, click  Shipping Manifest icon under the Action column of the relevant entry. You will be displayed a Opening ManifestReports.pdf dialog box.

  • Click OK. The dialog box will be closed and the ManifestReports.pdf file will be downloaded.
  • You can verify the data by opening the file. To open the file, double-click on the ManifestReports.pdf. It will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • If you want to send these files to directly to the shipping service provider, click  Shipping Manifest icon under the Action column of the relevant entry. You will be displayed Shipping Manifest Report dialog box.

  • The To email address will be retrieved from the provided data of the respective logistic service provider while integrating through Settings > Logistic module. However, you can edit this email address (if required).
  • You can also edit the subject if required from the respective field.
  • You can find the SoftReport.xlsx and Manifest.pdf files are attached here.
  • To send the mail, click Send. The mail will be sent and you will be displayed a relevant success message.
