How can I generate the lead reports to analyse them with different lead options?



You can generate the 'Lead reports' through multiple filtering criteria.


To generate the lead report, do the following:

  • Note: There are two methods for generating lead reports. They are:
    • Method 1 - Through the 'Lead Dashboard' tab
    • Method 2 - Through the 'Lead Report' tab

Method 1 - Through the 'Lead Dashboard' tab:

  • To check/view the leads generated in your Web store periodically or to generate a lead report, follow the steps given below:

Method 2 - Through the 'Lead Report' tab:

  • Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.

  • Click the  Lead Report icon. The Orders & Leads section will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Click Lead Report. You will be navigated to the Lead Report page.

  • There are two methods for generating lead report. They are:
    • By Lead Status
    • By Lead No.

Method 1 - By Lead Status:

  • By default, the Search by Lead Status tab will be opened. Here you can generate lead reports based on multiple search criteria.
  • Select the 'Call for Action' for which you want to generate the lead report such as 'All'/'Get-a-Call'/'Reserve Product & Visit Store'/'Proforma Invoice'/'Custom Get-a-Call' etc… from the 'Call for Action' drop-down.
    • Note: All the configured call for actions of your store will be displayed in the 'Call for Action' drop-down.
  • Select the lead status for which you want to generate the lead report such as 'All Leads'/'Un-initiated Leads'/'Initiated Leads'/'Rejected Leads'/'Converted Leads' from the 'Lead Status' drop-down.
    • Un-Initiated: The sales process has not been initiated yet. The lead was not contacted.
    • Initiated: The sales team has contacted the lead and the selling process is in progress.
    • Rejected: The lead was contacted but the customer was not interested in any purchase.
    • Converted: The lead was contacted and converted into a sale.
  • To generate the lead report through a specific date range, select the required date range through the From Date and To Date 'date pickers'.
  • To generate the lead report through the first name of the end-user, enter the respective first name in the First Name text box.
  • To generate the lead report through the last name of the end-user, enter the respective last name in the Last Name text box.
  • To generate a lead report through the email id of the end-user, enter the respective mail id in the User Mail text box.
  • To generate a lead report through the mobile number of the end-user, enter the respective mobile number in the Mobile Number text box.
  • To generate a lead report through the SKU, enter the respective SKU in the Search By SKU text box.
  • To generate the lead report through the store location, select the respective location from the Location drop-down.
  • After entering the required search criteria, click Go. The relevant lead report will be generated as per your search criteria.

Method 2 - By Lead No:

  • You can also generate the lead report through the 'Lead Number.'
  • Click Search by Lead No. under the Search Lead section of the Lead Report page. You will be displayed a Lead No. text box.

  • To generate the lead report through the 'Lead Number', enter the respective lead number in the Lead No. text box and click Go.
  • The relevant lead report will be generated as per your search criteria.
