• 'Lead Dashboard' reveals you the leads generated in your Web store. You can check for Leads generated on your storefront, generate lead reports on a weekly/monthly (up to 4 months) basis, and generate 'Conversion Ratio' report' on a weekly/monthly (up to 4 months) basis.

To check/view the leads generated in your Web store periodically or to generate the lead report, do the following:

  • Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.

  • Click the  Lead dashboard icon. The Orders & Leads section will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Click Lead Dashboard. You will be navigated to the Lead Dashboard page.

  • Note: There are two methods for generating a lead report. They are:
    • By specific period through week or month wise (up to 4 months)
    • By specific date range


Method: 1

  • By default, the Search by View tab will be opened.
  • To search and generate the lead report by week or month wise (up to 4 months), select the required duration from the View drop-down and click 'Go'.
  • You will be displayed with a list of leads under the Search Result section as per your search criteria.

  • You can also generate the lead report through specific date range.
  • Click Search by Date.

  • To generate the lead report through specific date range, select the required date range through From Date and To Date 'Date Pickers' and click Go.
  • You will be displayed with a list of leads under the Search Result section as per your search criteria.

Conversion Ratio:

What is a 'Conversion Ratio' and how can I generate a 'Conversion Ratio' report?

  • The conversion ratio is the number of sales per site visitors. It is the percentage of visitors (leads) those are converted into sales (i.e. ratio of Total Conversions to Total Leads).

  • The 'conversion ratio' tracking is the basis for all sales analysis, and its objective is to increase sales and analyze a business's ability to generate leads and close the transaction.


To generate the 'Conversion Ratio' report, do the following:

  • Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.
