• This interface facilitates to glance at the Authorized Orders that are placed at your store even without refreshing this page.

  • When an authorized order is created at your store, it will be reflected here within no time.

  • Upon clicking an 'Order ID', you will be navigated to the respective 'Order Details' page from where you can do further actions on the order. So, it's convenient to see all authorized orders through a single window.

How do I view the authorized orders of my store instantaneously?


To view the authorized orders of your store instantaneously, do the following:

  • Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.

  • Click the  Order Alerts icon. The Orders & Leads section will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Click Order Alert. You will be navigated to the Order Alerts page.

  • All the latest authorized orders are listed on this page. To view the order details, click its 'Order ID'. You will be navigated to the respective Order Details page.
    • Note: To view the latest authorized orders there is no need to refresh this page. The authorized orders will get listed here almost instantaneously.
    • The name of the store has been added to the Order Alerts grid now.

  • You can do the required actions for this order now.
    • Note: We also have a customized order details page when an order id is clicked in the order alerts page. The details are mentioned below.
  • Customized Order Details Page:
    • This ‘Order Details page’ can be customized for some customers like PizzaHut and KFC and it consists of no links/buttons except the Accept button and it’s useful for the Call Center agents to acknowledge the order and punch the orders to POS.

  • Once the order is accepted, the Accept button will be removed from the respective 'Order Details' page and you can find the 'Accepted' tag against the order under Action column in the Order Alerts page.
