• This interface is suitable for the merchants, who are using the picklists functionality. This interface facilitates you to book the shipments against multiple orders for those products whose status is updated as ‘Found’ through a picklist.

  • If you have permissions for multiple locations, you can select any location here to search the orders of that location, which are picked through the picklists. The ‘Admin’ users can see the orders of all the locations. If your authentication is only for a single location, you can see the orders of only that location, which are picked through the picklists.

  • If all the products of an order are having common shipping providers, that order will be displayed in a single line. Else, the products of that order will be displayed individually. And out of them, if some products are having common shipping provider(s), those products will be displayed in a grid.

  • Shipments can be booked against an integrated logistic service provider or any custom provider.

  • Once the shipment is booked, the respective shipments will be moved to the 'Waiting for Pickup' orders list.

How do I book the shipment for bulk orders that are processed through the picklists?


To book the shipment for bulk orders that are processed through the picklists, do the following:

  • Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.

  • Click the  Book Shipment icon. The Orders & Leads section will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Click Book Shipment and select Bulk Shipment. You will be navigated to the Book Shipment > Bulk Orders page.

  • Select a location to see the orders of that location, which are picked through picklists. The respective orders will be listed in a grid as shown in the figure.

  • Note: If you have permissions for multiple locations, you can select any location from the Select Location drop-down to see the orders of that location, which are picked through the picklists. The ‘admin’ users can see the orders of all locations. If you are permitted for a single location, you can see the orders of only that location, which are picked through the picklists.
  • Note:
    • If all the products of an order are having the common shipping providers, that Order will be displayed in a single line. In this case, you can select such type of complete orders for booking the shipment.

    • If the products of an order are having the different shipping providers, the products of that order will be displayed individually. Out of these products, if some products are having common shipping providers, those products will be displayed in a grid. So, you can select different shipping providers here for the different products of an order while booking the shipment.
  • Select the shipment pickup date and time from the Shipment Pickup Date 'date & time picker'.
  • Select the logistic service provider from the ‘Service Provider’ drop-down. You can select either the ‘Custom’ provider or an integrated logistic service provider.
    • Note: You can also prioritize the logistic service providers so that the respective provider should be automatically selected at the 'Service Provider' drop-down. However, you can change the provider if you want. Please Refer: 1. How do I define the priority of the logistic services based on the 'Provider - Product - Country' combination? in Rules
  • If you select the ‘Custom’ provider option, the following additional fields will be displayed.


 Book Shipment

  • Enter your own courier name and docket number (if any) in the respective text boxes.
  • If you select an integrated logistics service provider, you need to select the respective ‘Shipment Type’
  • Enter the dimensions of the package in the respective text boxes i.e. LW, and H under the Package Size column.
  • Enter the weight of the package in the ‘Weight’ text box.
  • Click ‘Bulk Shipment’. The shipment will be booked for respective orders. You will be displayed a relevant success message.


 Book Shipment

  • Note: If some orders are failed, you will be displayed relevant failure message also as mentioned in the above screenshot.
  • Those order(s) will be moved to the ‘Waiting for Pickup’ orders list.
