• This interface facilitates you to view, manage the existing picklists, and to create new picklists.

  • By default, the available picklists of default date range (i.e. Picklist creation date range) will be displayed. However, you have the following filtering options to list out the required picklists:
    • From date: You can filter the picklists through a specific range of picklist creation date by selecting a 'from date' and 'to date'.
    • To date: You can filter the picklists through a specific range of picklist creation date by selecting a 'from date' and 'to date'.
    • SKU/Variant SKU: You can filter the picklists through the SKU or Variant SKU
    • Order Id: You can filter the picklists through the 'Order Id'
    • Delivery Date: You can filter the picklists through the date of delivery
      • Note: If the delivery slot is not selected, the orders pertaining to all the delivery slots of the selected delivery date will be displayed.
    • Delivery Slot: You can filter the picklists through a specific delivery slot of the selected delivery date.
    • Channel: You can select the required marketplace channel(s) from the Channel multi-select drop-down for listing out the respective orders of those channels.
      • Note: The 'Channel' drop-down will be displayed only when you have marketplace channels for your store.

  • Picklists with ‘Created’, and ‘In Picking’ status are listed under the ‘Open’ tab.

  • All the picklists including ‘Picked’ status are listed under the ‘All’ tab.

  • Picklists having the status 'Picked' are listed under the ‘Picked’ tab, where you can print a picklist or its labels; and to download a picklist in the CSV format.

  • Picklists having some not found items will be listed under the ‘Not Found’ tab.

  • You can navigate to the 'Picklist Summary' page of a picklist by clicking its code.

To mark required items of a picklist as 'Not Found', do the following:

  • Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • Click the  Picklists icon. The Orders & Leads section will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Click Picklists and select Manage Picklist. You will be navigated to the Picklists > Manage Picklists page.

  • By default, the available picklists of default date range will be displayed under the Open tab of the Available Picklists section.
    • Note:
      • You can list out picklists by using the available filtering options. Then the respective picklists will be listed here as per your search criteria.

  • Note:
    • You can mark only pending products as 'Not Found'. So, verify the Quantity column and find out the number of pending products in the picklists.
  • Navigate to the picklist having pending products. Click the 'Picklist Code' that is having pending products under the Open tab. The ‘Picklists > Picklist Summary’ page will be displayed.

  • By default All tab will be displayed.
  • Click the Pending tab. You will be displayed respective orders with pending products.

  • Select the required products of respective orders and click ‘Mark as Not Found’. The selected products will be moved to the 'Not Found' tab and you will be displayed a relevant success message.

  • You can find the leftover products, which are not marked as 'not found' under the Pending tab.
  • To view the not found products, click Not Found tab. The respective tab will be opened and the not found products will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Note:
    • The above-mentioned process explains how to manually move the products to the Not Found tab (marking the products as 'not found') from the Pending tab.

    • But, if you have confirmed some items of a picklist through the Confirm Picking tab, the status of the confirmed items will be changed to Found and the status of remaining items of that picklist will be changed as Pending.

    • You can also change the status of the items that are not found as Not Found by changing the status of the picklist as Picked in the ‘Picklists > Picklist Summary’ page.

3. How to remove required items from a picklist?

  • Note:
    • If some products of a picklist are not available or even if they are available or due to any other reason, you can remove required products from any picklist. You can add the removed items of a picklist to a new picklist.

    • If all items of a picklist are removed, then the status of that picklist will be changed to Picked.

    • If some items of a picklist are found and rest of the items of that picklist are removed, then the status of that picklist will be changed to Picked.


To remove required items from a picklist, do the following:

    • Note: You can select the products from the All or Pending or Not Found or Found tabs.

  • To view the removed products, click Removed tab in the ‘Picklists > Manage Picklists’ page. You can find the removed products are listed here as shown in the figure.

4. How to download the not found items of a picklist in an Excel format?


To download the not found items of a picklist in an Excel format, do the following:

  • Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

To open the Excel, double-click the same and the respective Excel will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • You can find the total quantity, found quantity, not found quantity and removed quantity against each SKU.

5. How to transfer the not found items of a picklist to another store/warehouse?


To transfer the not found items of a Picklist to another store/warehouse, do the following:

  • Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.

  • Click the  Picklists icon. The Orders & Leads section will be displayed as shown in the figure.

  • Click Picklists and select Manage Picklist. You will be navigated to the Picklists > Manage Picklists page.

  • Click Not Found tab. Then the respective not found products will be displayed.

  • Select the required product(s) that you want to transfer to another store/warehouse and click Order Transfer. Then Order Transfer dialog box will be displayed.

  • The 'Transfer Order' dialog box displays those location(s) at which all the selected product(s) have at least the stock of ordered quantity.
  • By clicking the  Picklists icon of a location, the available stock of the selected products at that location can be viewed.

  • To transfer the selected products, click Transfer. The Transfer Order dialog box will be closed and the selected products will be transferred to the new location. You will be displayed a relevant success message.

  • A system log about the transfer will be automatically created under the System Logs in the Order Details page of that Order. You can click the ACTIVITY HISTORY tab and view the respective logs.
  • Note:

    • If the shipment is created for partial quantity of a product in the selected order, you cannot transfer even the leftover quantity of that product. However, you can transfer the other products of that order.

    • If there is insufficient stock for any product in the selected location, that product cannot be transferred. Actually, this scenario will come when you have selected multiple products to transfer.

6. Weighted based Barcodes

  • A weighted barcode product is the one for which the UOM is Gms, Kgs and Litres
  • Weight and UOM columns are added in Picklist Summary page.

  • Buying Weight and UOM are added to the product information fields of order, and they will be displayed while creating the picklist.

  • The buying weight column will be showing the Buying Weight of the product if it is defined for the Product SKU/Variant SKU.
  • After integration with Picklist APPif the Buying weight is modified by the Picker, then the actual weight is going to be updated in the picklist.
