2. How to mark required items of a picklist as 'Not Found'?
To mark required items of a picklist as 'Not Found', do the following:
- Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.
- You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.
- Click the
icon. The Orders & Leads section will be displayed as shown in the figure.
- Click Picklists and select Manage Picklist. You will be navigated to the Picklists > Manage Picklists page.
- By default, the available picklists of default date range will be displayed under the Open tab of the Available Picklists section.
- Note:
- You can list out picklists by using the available filtering options. Then the respective picklists will be listed here as per your search criteria.
- Note:
- You can mark only pending products as 'Not Found'. So, verify the Quantity column and find out the number of pending products in the picklists.
- Navigate to the picklist having pending products. Click the 'Picklist Code' that is having pending products under the Open tab. The ‘Picklists > Picklist Summary’ page will be displayed.
- By default All tab will be displayed.
- Click the Pending tab. You will be displayed respective orders with pending products.
- Select the required products of respective orders and click ‘Mark as Not Found’. The selected products will be moved to the 'Not Found' tab and you will be displayed a relevant success message.
- You can find the leftover products, which are not marked as 'not found' under the Pending tab.
- To view the not found products, click Not Found tab. The respective tab will be opened and the not found products will be displayed as shown in the figure.
3. How to remove required items from a picklist?
To remove required items from a picklist, do the following:
- Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.
- You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.
- Click the
icon. The Orders & Leads section will be displayed as shown in the figure.
- Click Picklists and select Manage Picklist. You will be navigated to the Picklists > Manage Picklists page.
- By default, the available picklists of default date range will be displayed under the Open tab of the Available Picklists section.
- Note:
- You can list out picklists by using the available filtering options. Then the respective picklists will be listed here as per your search criteria.
- Click the respective Picklist Code. You will be navigated to the Picklists > Picklist Summary page.
- By default, the All tab will be opened. Select the products to be removed. Click Remove. The selected products will be removed and you will be displayed a relevant success message.
- Note: You can select the products from the All or Pending or Not Found or Found tabs.
- To view the removed products, click Removed tab in the ‘Picklists > Manage Picklists’ page. You can find the removed products are listed here as shown in the figure.
4. How to download the not found items of a picklist in an Excel format?
To download the not found items of a picklist in an Excel format, do the following:
- Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.
- You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.
- Click the
icon. The Orders & Leads section will be displayed as shown in the figure.
- Click Picklists and select Manage Picklist. You will be navigated to the Picklists > Manage Picklists page.
- By default, the available picklists of default date range will be displayed under the Open tab of the Available Picklists section.
- Note:
- You can list out picklists by using the available filtering options. Then the respective picklists will be listed here as per your search criteria.
- Click Not Found tab. Then the respective not found products will be displayed.
- Select the required products to download in Excel format and click Download Excel. Then the respective data will be downloaded in the NotFoundPicklListOrders…..xlsx file will be downloaded. To open the Excel, double-click the same and the respective Excel will be displayed as shown in the figure.
- You can find the total quantity, found quantity, not found quantity and removed quantity against each SKU.
5. How to transfer the not found items of a picklist to another store/warehouse?
To transfer the not found items of a Picklist to another store/warehouse, do the following:
- Log in to the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel' by using your User Name (Email Address) and Password.
- You will be navigated to the Dashboard page.
- Click the
icon. The Orders & Leads section will be displayed as shown in the figure.
- Click Picklists and select Manage Picklist. You will be navigated to the Picklists > Manage Picklists page.
- By default, the available Picklists of default date range will be displayed under the Open tab of the Available Picklists section.
- Note:
- You can list out Picklists by using the available filtering options. Then the respective Picklists will be listed here as per your search criteria.
- Click Not Found tab. Then the respective not found products will be displayed.
- Select the required product(s) that you want to transfer to another store/warehouse and click Order Transfer. Then Order Transfer dialog box will be displayed.
- The 'Transfer Order' dialog box displays those location(s) at which all the selected product(s) have at least the stock of ordered quantity.
- By clicking the
icon of a location, the available stock of the selected products at that location can be viewed.
- To transfer the selected products, click Transfer. The Transfer Order dialog box will be closed and the selected products will be transferred to the new location. You will be displayed a relevant success message.
- A system log about the transfer will be automatically created under the System Logs in the Order Details page of that Order. You can click the ACTIVITY HISTORY tab and view the respective logs.
6. Weighted based Barcodes
- A weighted barcode product is the one for which the UOM is Gms, Kgs and Litres
- Weight and UOM columns are added in Picklist Summary page.
- Buying Weight and UOM are added to the product information fields of order, and they will be displayed while creating the picklist.
- The buying weight column will be showing the Buying Weight of the product if it is defined for the Product SKU/Variant SKU.
- After integration with Picklist APP, if the Buying weight is modified by the Picker, then the actual weight is going to be updated in the picklist.
